Breakaway Nuts

Hex nuts break away when the nut is tightened, leaving only the tamper-resistant conical portion of the fastener remaining. No special tool is required when using these aluminum breakaway pins. Also, these breakaway nuts/fasteners use a standard wrench for installation. These conical backing nuts should be considered non-removable.
